User Acquisition Specialist (Nanobit)
We're looking for a motivated and capable new colleague to join our Marketing team!
THE JOB:
- planning, managing, and executing performance-based user acquisition campaigns across various marketing platforms (i.e. Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Snapchat, etc.)
- daily monitoring of the effectiveness of said campaigns and reporting on it
- following given KPIs
- working with AdNetworks/DSP’s (i.e. Unity Ads, Vungle, Liftoff)
- working with tracking providers (i.e. Adjust, AppsFlyer)
- communicating with other teams (especially: designers and producers)
- setting up and testing new creatives (created in cooperation with design team)
- actively suggesting and testing new approaches/audiences/channels
- researching new partnership opportunities
YOUR PROFILE:
- 1-2- years of experience with user acquisition, ideally within a mobile gaming industry
- proficiency in English, especially in writing
- proficiency in Excel (i.e. working with pivot tables, vlookup…)
- strong in data analytics, metrics-driven, results-oriented
- a keen eye for detail and a critical, analytical mind
- a high level of personal responsibility and dependability
- organisational skills, the ability to set priorities among various tasks
- a team worker, eager to learn and create fun with us
- strong interpersonal communication skills, clarity and concision in expression
BONUS POINTS:
- professional experience with Tableau
- experience with mobile marketing
- interest in gaming
- a degree in computer science, data analysis, or related technical field
