We need a data & analytics savvy User Acquisition Manager to be in charge of managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns and drive strategic UA efforts to grow the user base of existing and new titles.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage user acquisition/performance marketing campaigns on various performance digital channels (Social Networks, Google Ads, Mobile Ad Networks, Video Networks, DSPs, etc.) based on game/product goals
  • Maximize the efficiency of campaigns and their ROI by regularly optimizing targeting, creatives, marketing messages, bids, and budget allocation
  • Provide insightful reports to internal & external partners
  • Perform meaningful creative A/B tests with actionable insights
  • Keep testing new ways to increase our audience and profitability of campaigns by finding and onboarding new marketing partners and other proven tactics
  • Research and identify new industry trends and competition
  • Work closely with Analytics, Localization, and Product teams on maximizing the potential of both organic and paid channels to deliver the highest ROI
  • Assist in technical integration and troubleshooting for various technologies and partners
  • Work on user acquisition strategies both for existing games and games that are in different phases of development

What we’re looking for:

  • +2 years of experience working in the gaming industry 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and problem anticipation skills 
  • A profound understanding of performance-based marketing and self-service traffic platforms
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel and performance measurement tools such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.
  • Ability to juggle projects across multiple networks and platforms
  • Attitude to work outside of your comfort zone and get things done quickly
  • Strong interest in the entertainment universe and new technologies

Bonus points for:

  • LTV modeling and breakeven analysis by using various early KPIs
  • Educational degree in Marketing, Finance or similar fields
  • Knowledge about iOS 14 changes and their impact on the mobile app industry
  • Understanding of mobile marketing ad tech: game measurement tools, attribution providers, programmatic advertising and fraud
  • ASO experience and understanding of the full marketing funnel
