We’re a product development company of 150+ talented people based in Zagreb, creating global digital products for none other than Porsche. Currently, we’re looking for a QA Engineer who’ll join our product teams and help make sure our software works exactly as it should.
Our teams bring together experts with diverse backgrounds, skills, and a shared mission: to build top-notch digital products for one of the world’s most iconic sports car brands.
As a QA Engineer at Porsche Digital Croatia, you’ll play a key role in making sure our software meets the highest standards. Your main focus will be testing the software we develop, with special attention to functional requirements and user experience. You’ll also have the chance to develop and maintain both manual and automated test suites to improve and streamline our testing process.

Who are we looking for?
Qualifications & Experience
- at least 2 years of experience in software testing
- experience in test case management using Testrail, Xray or similar tools
- willingness to learn – you don’t have to be a developer, designer, or project manager, but you have to understand all aspects of software development to do your job well
- communication skills – a large part of your work will involve direct communication with clients and colleagues, so you should excel at being clear and concise
- attention to detail – the devil is in the details so you should be able to spot issues others usually miss
- fluency in English
Bonus points:
- experience in agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
- experience in coding and software development of any kind
- experience in using Playwright, Appium or other test automation tools
- experience in using Postman or other API testing tools
- experience in UI or UX design
- knowledge of German language
Your responsibilities
- testing software produced by Porsche Digital Croatia with an emphasis on functional requirements and user experience
- developing and maintaining manual and/or automated test suites
- communicating with project members on requirements, issues, and improvements
- driving and improving quality-related processes
- sharing your knowledge and keeping up to date with existing and upcoming technologies

Salary Range
1800 – 3000 € gross
