Product Manager (Visage Technologies d.o.o.)
We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to join the Arbelle team where you’ll have the chance to make direct impact and help shape the future of the Arbelle brand.
Hi! We are Visage Technologies, a Swedish-Croatian company that’s been building amazing things with computer vision and machine learning since 2002.
So far, our tech has been used by 400+ clients worldwide, such as Qualcomm, Lufthansa, Coca-Cola, Canon, Deutsche Telekom, BMW, McDonald’s, and more. What’s truly exciting is our new beauty tech brand – Arbelle. Even though it’s still new on the scene, Arbelle is already turning heads in the industry.
That’s where you come in. We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to join the Arbelle team. As sole Product Manager, working closely with two Product Owners, as well as our Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams, you’ll have the chance to make direct impact and help shape the future of the Arbelle brand.
What you’ll do:
- Take ownership of the product vision and roadmap, translating big-picture strategy into actionable plans
- Lead product discovery by validating ideas through customer and prospect interviews, usability testing, and other research methods to ensure we build what truly matters
- Generate ideas to achieve product goals: formulate and validate hypotheses, run user research and experiments, manage accumulated knowledge
- Gather, refine, and prioritize requirements from stakeholders and cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth translation from strategy to execution
- Act as the voice of our customers, keeping usability and user needs at the heart of product decisions
- Collaborate with product owners, engineers, sales, and marketing to deliver new features while fostering alignment across teams toward shared goals
- Continuously track market trends, customer feedback, and competitor insights to guide product evolution
- Balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution, driving progress from concept through delivery
This role is the perfect fit for you if you:
- Have 3+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record in SaaS development
- Think both strategically and tactically, with strong business acumen
- Bring a technical background or hands-on experience with managing software products
- Understand product design principles, market research, and competitor analysis
- Are self-driven, proactive, and thrive in a collaborative environment
- Have experience working with agile methodologies
- Can analyze data at both the market and user levels
- Shine at communication and stakeholder management
- Are fluent in English
Bonus points if you:
- Know your way around Jira and Figma
- Have conducted UX research (interviews, quantitative methods)
- Have experience in the beauty industry
- Speak other major languages
