As a Digital Marketing Analyst within our Web Team, you will be pivotal in optimizing our digital marketing efforts and maximizing ROI through advanced data analysis and insights.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to leverage tools such as Google Analytics (GA4 and UA), Amplitude, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Adverity, FullStory, and others to uncover actionable insights and drive strategic decision-making.

What Will You Do:

  • Digital Marketing Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, conversion funnels, and campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Digital Marketing Reports: Design and prepare regular and one-time marketing reports regarding the digital activities of users and return on invested capital. Detect patterns and anomalies and suggest improvements for digital marketing efforts to increase business results.
  • Data Reporting: Build automated dashboards and manual reports on marketing data using Excel or Data Analytics Platforms (e.g. QlikSense)
  • Automated Data Collections: Develop and maintain automated data collections wherever possible using automated API connections.
  • Report Assessment: Review various reports from other teams.
  • MarTech Tool Usage: Use various marketing tools and sources such as Google Analytics (Universal & GA4), Google Ads, Google Cloud, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Fullstory, Adverity, Salesforce, Amplitude, and others.
  • Dashboard Development: Design and manufacture advanced dashboards that contain various sources of marketing, sales, and other results.
  • Dashboard Documentation: Create documentation on how to use and interpret dashboards and reports and how they were built.
  • Marketing Process Oversight: Conduct overviews of the processes within the marketing department.
  • Marketing Strategy: Participate in managing and improving marketing activities regarding the overall marketing strategy, proposing solutions.
  • Cross-team Alignment: Cooperate with other teams within marketing (advertising, marketing automation, content team, regional marketing specialists…) and teams outside marketing (sales, product, revenue ops…) to understand the business model and marketing data.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Cooperate with various teams within the company based on data collection, processing, and presentation (sales, revenue ops).
  • Digital Technology Development: Monitor the course of digital technology development & suggest improvements.
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM): Develop and implement robust tracking setups using Google Tag Manager (GTM) to ensure accurate data collection and attribution.
  • A/B testing: Help with A/B testing and multivariate analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and website optimizations.
  • Troubleshooting: Work closely with developers to troubleshoot tracking issues, implement custom tracking solutions, and ensure data integrity.

More about you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Five years of work experience in analytics (preferably dedicated to marketing analytics).
  • Advanced experience with digital marketing tools: Google Analytics (Universal & GA4), Google Ads, Google Cloud, Google Tag Manager and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Data Studio).
  • Some experience with digital tools like Amplitude, Adverity, FullStory, Hotjar and similar.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Understanding of databases and API calls.
  • Intermediate to Advanced experience with Excel.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing methodologies and how digital marketing tools work.
  • Experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and campaign analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable results through data-driven strategies and optimizations.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
  • Fluency in English.
