Senior Webmaster (Njuškalo)

Currently, we are looking for 1 candidate to join our pack as Senior Webmaster (m/f).
Role responsibilities:
- assuring performance and stability of Njuškalo’s platforms through monitoring and supervision
- testing new and existing functionalities from administrator and user side
- participating in development and maintenance of IT infrastructure and web and mobile applications with external partners
- investigating reported issues, documenting results and preparation for resolving
- assisting in data collecting and analysis (logs, statistics, reported bugs, incidents…)
- providing internal support and instructing co-workers on using Njuškalo’s systems
- overseeing static content administration (HTML/CSS)
- preparing and processing graphics and other content
Experience and competencies:
- minimum 2 years experience in the same or similar jobs
- programming experience and understanding programming logic
- knowledge of mobile and web technologies
- good knowledge of trends in digital services
- knowledge of databases
- knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS)
- advance knowledge of spreadsheets
- knowledge of monitoring and analytic tools
- knowledge of open-source technologies (MySQL, PHP) is an added advantage
- fluency in English
- good organizational skills
- ability to make quick decisions and solve problems
- ability to recognize dependencies and propose integral solutions
- high level of independence and proactivity in work
- team spirit and desire for learning and sharing knowledge
