UX Designer (Njuškalo)

Currently, we are looking for 1 candidate to join our pack as UX Designer (m/f).
Role responsibilities:
- analysing customer needs and improving user experience on all Njuškalo‘s platforms
- participating in new products development through concept design development
- developing concepts, prototypes and final solutions (wireframes, scenarios and storyboards)
- cooperating and preparing materials for external designers and developers
- user testing before production
- monitoring user behaviour and analysing key indicators of user experience
- proposing initiatives to improve the customer experience
- improving product functionalities in accordance with user needs
Experience and competencies:
- university degree – Design, FER, FOI, TVZ or another college if other specified requirements are met
- 3-5 years of experience in designing web sites and mobile applications (obligatory list of references / portfolio works)
- experience with responsive web design
- experience with agile access is an added advantage
- knowledge of front-end standards and frameworks is an added advantage
- good knowledge of trends in digital services
- knowledge and use of Adobe CS packages (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other tools for design and prototyping
- fluency in English
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- highly developed organization skills, prioritization and focus on the essential
- understanding user needs
- team spirit and desire for learning and sharing knowledge
