Technical Operations Specialist (Njuškalo)

Currently, we are looking for 1 candidate to join our pack as Technical Operations Manager (m/f).
Role responsibilities:
- planning, coordinating and implementing technical solutions and security controls and processes
- establishing and managing IT processes and projects that affect technical security
- participating in business continuity processes and taking responsibility for DRM processes and tasks coordination
- overseeing security controls and administration procedures
- planning and overseeing changes on web and mobile platforms
- participating in security incident management and taking responsibility for coordinating tasks on technical level
- coordinating internal and external teams of developers and system administrators
- system documentation and operating procedures design
Experience and competencies:
- university degree – FER, FOI, TVZ or another college if other specified requirements are met
- minimum 3 years experience in the same or similar jobs
- programming experience and understanding programming logic
- experience in managing IT projects and project teams
- advanced knowledge of technical security controls and experience in implementation (SIEM, WAF and similar)
- good knowledge of security best practices and technical standards (OWASP, NIST, SANS)
- knowledge of IT operations processes
- knowledge of trends in digital services
- advanced knowledge of PHP, MySQL, Apache
- fluency in English
- highly developed organization skills and systematic approach to work
- procedural approach to implementing and maintaining business processes
- ability to make quick decisions and solve problems
- high level of independence
- team spirit and desire for learning and sharing knowledge
