Quality Assurance Specialist (Njuškalo)

Currently, we are looking for 1 candidate to join our pack as Quality Assurance Analyst (m/f).
Role responsibilities:
- ensuring compliance of Njuškalo’s web and mobile platforms with the required functionalities
- monitoring and testing new functionalities and controlling existing ones from user and client side
- identifying potential risks, interdependences and zones of influence to all functionalities
- creating and improving processes and systems of testing and monitoring from user and client side
- analysing and interpreting results and proposing activities accordingly
- investigating reported problems, analysing and preparing inputs for development
- documenting testing and monitoring processes and systems
- supporting technical solutions specification and implementation
Experience and competencies:
- minimum 2 years experience in the same or similar jobs
- knowledge of methodology and tools for testing web and mobile platforms
- good knowledge of trends in digital services
- programming experience and understanding programming logic
- advance knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS)
- advanced knowledge of spreadsheets
- knowledge of monitoring and analytic tools
- knowledge of open-source technologies (MySQL, PHP) is an added advantage
- fluency in English
- highly developed organization skills and analytical approach to work
- detail oriented and procedural
- proactive thinking and flexibility in solving problems
- high level of independence
- team spirit and desire for learning and sharing knowledge
