Online Sales Manager (Njuškalo)

Currently, we are looking for 1 candidate to join our pack as Online Sales Manager (m/f).
Role responsibilities:
- end-to-end sales of advertising products (from initial contact to final invoicing)
- design, development and implementation of sales activities and projects to create new sales opportunities
- pre-sales activities: monitoring market, competition and trends in online sales field and proposing measures accordingly (market segmentation and revenue plans)
- continuously working on services improvement and cooperation with clients (existing and attracting new ones)
- responsibility for allocated sales budget and post-buy
Experience and competencies:
- university degree
- minimum 2 years of experience in the same or similar jobs (experience in online sales is an added advantage)
- existing network of clients is an added advantage
- good knowledge of trends in online sales
- excellent knowledge of MS Office
- valid driving licence (B category) and driving experience
- fluency in English
- excellent communication and negotiation skills
- excellent sales skills
- strong focus on achieving goals and seeking opportunities
- proactive thinking and flexibility in solving problems
- creativity in developing new solutions and products
- pronounced focus on customers and their satisfaction
- team spirit and desire for learning and sharing knowledge
