Your responsibilities would be…

  • Conceptualize, design and art direct beautiful, modern, responsive user interfaces for websites, mobile apps and wearable devices;
  • Create and rapidly iterate on ideas in order to develop them, via user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, or other methods as needed;
  • Work with product managers to define/refine and to convert concepts into easily-understandable interfaces;
  • Create user-centered designs by considering customer feedback and usability findings (usability and A/B tests);
  • Recommend and manage UI/UX design strategy for websites and applications;
  • Follow our visual brand guidelines, art direction, and collaborate with other designers as necessary;
  • Deliver finalized, full fidelity designs to implementation/engineering teams.


Desired skills and experience

  • 3+ years as a website and mobile UI/UX Designer;
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables;
  • Solid knowledge of UI and UX practices and current competitive trends in UI design (Material Design, iOS Human Interface Guidelines);
  • Ability to create detailed spec sheets, mockups, and final assets for development;
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and other industry software packages (Sketch);
  • Experience developing in code is a plus;
  • Experience leading usability studies;
  • Creative, ambitious, and driven, with an uncompromising attention to detail;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Start-up experience preferred or a self-starter approach to work:
  • The ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously, and multi-task in an agile environment.
