Product Manager for Digital Channels (Societe Generale Srbija)

Product manager for digital channels is in charge for developing and managing lifecycle of digital services and products (eBanking, mBanking, SMS service) with focus to profitability and client satisfaction.

We are looking for product-oriented professional that is not afraid of new challenges and innovations to join our Multichannel team in Marketing division.

Job Requirements:

  • Develop and manages product/service portfolio of digital channels
  • Defines development and business plans in accordance to the client’s and market needs
  • Implement new products/services while managing all components of marketing mix
  • Managing dedicated product/service portfolio fully in line with Banks strategy and business plans
  • Reports to the management about profitability, volumes and other significant measurements of dedicated portfolio

Requirements:

  • Minimum high school (faculty degree is advantage)
  • MS Office knowledge
  • English language knowledge
  • Excellent analytical and financial skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience on similar position
  • Proactive and innovative approach to the business
  • Knowledge of basic standards in electronic banking
