Who are we looking for?

We are looking to reinforce our Mediatoolkit team with a sales expert who has experience in team-leadership and is able to adjust itself to work in a fast-paced world of startups. In addition to being proficient in leading people and delegating tasks as well as creating and optimizing business processes, the Head of Sales Operations should understand the ins and outs of internet technologies and have technical knowledge to back it up.


  • BA/MA and/or relevant experience listed below;
  • 2 to 4 years of work experience on identical/similar positions;
  • 2 years of work experience in sales (preferably SaaS);
  • Proficient user of English language (C1);
  • Advanced technical knowledge of API systems;
  • Extensive experience in crisis communication;
  • Excellent organizational, presentation and negotiation skills.

Extra points are awarded for:

  • Experience in team-leadership;
  • Willingness to take shorter or longer business trips.

MTteam_PRWhat will you be doing:

  • Defining and optimising sales processes;
  • Creating and implementing sales plans for foreign markets;
  • Monitoring sales results of every team member;
  • Developing and monitoring business processes within the team;
  • Leading and developing employees within the team;
  • Continuously educating the members of the team;
  • Coordinating tasks with other teams (primarily marketing and development teams);
  • Creating, implementing and monitoring the customer support system;
  • Communicating with key clients.
