IT Solutions Designer (m/f) (EY)

As a part of our IT Advisory Team, you will work collaboratively with our clients to establish a business-driven vision for the future of our clients’ digital and information technology (IT) systems, processes and infrastructure through the application of leading practices and the improvement of IT service management and operational capabilities.

Skills and attributes for success:

  • Consistently delivering quality client services by monitoring progress and demonstrating in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge
  • Maintaining and nurturing long-term client relationships and networks and cultivating business development opportunities
  • Understanding, guiding and inspiring the execution of agile development
  • Interpreting technical and business requirements to develop integration approaches, contribute to application development, document standard agile artefacts
  • Working closely with functional leads and project managers to guide product development
  • Providing leadership and support to junior staff


  • A minimum of bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management or Managerial Informatics
  • A minimum of two years of relevant working experience related to design of IT solutions
  • Implementation and development experience with integration technologies and architectures
  • Experience with projects developing detailed, compelling and analytical PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Visio deliverables to various partners
  • Experience in professional software engineering and working experience as a consultant and exposure to different technology platforms and architecture models is an advantage
  • Experience reviewing technical decisions and articulating pros and cons of technology options
  • Eligible to travel from time to time in accordance with client and other job requirements, both locally and internationally
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Croatian and English
