We are looking for a DWH/BI Business Analyst/Architect (m/f) with an in-depth knowledge of the telecom industry, ability to tackle some of the client’s biggest challenges and to support them with advanced technologies.

We work with numerous telecoms around the world (Adriatic region, Austria, UK, USA, Finland, Latvia, Middle East, etc.) and we use our own data warehouse model. The logic of the model follows the TM Forum SID (Shared Information Data Model) standard is the PI Telco DWH model ® TM Forum Frameworx 18.5 certified product (for more information visit http://dwh-models.com/telecommunications/).

At Poslovna inteligencija you will:

• design and develop logical and physical data models in the telecom industry
• create architecture of DWH or BI in the telecom industry
• analyze business processes and analytical needs in telecom
• structure and document these requirements
• translate business user requirements into a technical solution
• plan and coordinate testing of the solution
• build strong, collaborative relationships with all key stakeholders (client representatives, project manager, development team…)
• continuously develop and leverage industry knowledge trends and business trends to effectively act as a trusted advisor

You are our top candidate if you have:

• 3+ years of experience in the analytical solutions implementation
• 3+ years of experience telecom industry working on analytical solutions, data architecture and designing and operating data warehousing solutions/database structure principles
• advanced knowledge of SQL
• excellent communication skills and English fluency
• ability to influence and partner with key internal and external stakeholders
• team spirit

An additional plus is if you have:

• experience with ETL tools
• master degree in computer science, business informatics or mathematics
