Mediatoolkit is looking for a person experienced in customer care who will offer its assistance to users, aid them in resolving their issues and teach them how to utilize the full potential of Mediatoolkit.

Mediatoolkit is a media monitoring tool that tracks relevant mentions of your brand across the web and social media in real time. You can use it to get immediately notified when you are mentioned anywhere online and to discover meaningful insights behind every mention.

Who are we looking for?

We want to reinforce our Mediatoolkit team with a person experienced in customer care who will offer its assistance to users, aid them in resolving their issues and teach them how to utilize the full potential of Mediatoolkit. We are looking for a person proficient in phone communication with clients and motivated by sales results. If you are familiar with the ins and outs of SaaS models and interested in new technologies and products like Mediatoolkit, then you are the person we would like to meet!

Requirements:

  • BA/MA and/or relevant experience listed below;
  • At least 1 year of work experience in customer services (preferably IT) and CRM tools;
  • Independent user of English language (B);
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Experience in crisis communication;
  • Willingness to work proactively and learn new technologies.

Extra points are awarded for:

  • Basic proficiency in Google Analytics;
  • Experience in SaaS and inside sales;
  • Experience in negotiation;
  • Willingness to travel on shorter or longer business trips.

  • Run all aspects of customer care activities for Mediatoolkit;
  • Set up accounts for existing and potential clients;
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and customer education (presentations, webinars);
  • Participate in product development (new features, system optimization suggestions, etc.).
