The primary project you’ll be working on is our flagship product, BrokerIQ, used by financial services companies across the globe. It is a leading CRM solution that combines client onboarding, ID verification, payment processing and client management.
Ideally, you are a skilled negotiator that understands emotional dynamics, your compassion and leadership qualities bring the team together to achieve targets within the required timeframes.
You are open-minded and recognise multiple ways of solving problems, however, your tenacity and business acumen come to the fore when making critical decisions to propel company growth.
In order to be successful in your role, you should have:
- 1+ year of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager
- 3+ years of working as a member of a high performing Scrum team
- Exceptional knowledge of Scrum Framework
- Extraordinary people skills
- Experience with team collaboration tools (we use Jira, Roadmunk and Slack)
It will be considered a plus if you have:
- Knowledge of Kanban framework
- Knowledge or interest in other delivery frameworks (like DA or Holacracy)
- Any technical experience
- CSM or PSM certifications
