This job is for you if:

  • Have a go-getter attitude and are genuinely keen to grow in a social environment
  • You are enthusiastic about developing creative content and handling all community communications on social media,
  • Have that refined personality that enables you to communicate both online and offline within our community to promote our brand and products,
  • You have demonstrable experience in developing content strategy (and its execution) for Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or Snapchat (hey, why not),
  • You are not afraid of scheduling and organizing multiple content for multiple social media channels daily (while bearing in mind engagement, targeted audience, uniqueness of the channel, promotion and potential reach),
  • You enjoy creating editorial content calendar in collaboration with your colleagues, to ensure we have the right content on the right timing,
  • You find motivating managing public comments and customer queries in a timely, engaging manner, yet funny and lively (we ask to much sometimes, we know :))
  • Monitoring and reporting results of online reviews and public commentaries on different portals just come natural for you, without even trying,
  • You can build community and boost brand awareness through events and other creative marketing ideas,
  • You thrive when you can be close with development and other teams, keeping tabs on new products, features and applications,
  • Keeping up-to-date with digital technology trends is your daily routine.

Skills and experiences that can help you be the best on this job:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Community Manager or other relevant role is something we are looking for,
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or other relevant field
  • some previous experience in launching and developing business social media channel,
  • Master of some or any graphic software that helps you create captivating social media content,
  • Aptitude and general interest for tracking relevant community metrics,
  • Proven (and needless to say) excellent written and verbal communication skills,
  • Knack for seeing and staying ahead of digital trends,
  • Great at getting things done – though brilliant organization and structured thinking,
  • Analytical skills to interpret web traffic and online engagement metrics,
  • Reliability and strong detail orientation,
  • Fluent English if you can make clever jokes in English you are golden,
  • Energy contributor and generally people loving person.
